The pliability of sand stimulates a person’s desire to create a miniature of the real world out of it. At the same time, he appears as the Creator, not attached to the results of his work. The process of playing with sand can provide a real effective treatment for the human soul.

The rock garden is one of the amazing methods of therapy – in the context of art therapy is a non-verbal form of psychotherapy.

This tool figuratively enables a person to see what is really happening in his inner or outer world. Images become a language that allows you to communicate some unconscious material about a person to himself and to a consulting psychologist.
