Isotherapy technique “Living and dead water”

As we already know, “dead water” “dissolves” everything that hinders human development. “Living Water” gives us new strength for creation.
Participants are invited to complete drawings on topics (note that in one lesson it is not necessary to take all the indicated topics – just one is enough):
• “I would like to remove this from my life.”
• “What prevents me from feeling calm.”
• “My chains”.
• “What I see through rose-colored glasses.”
• “Bewitched”.

Further, the group members talk about their drawings, about what they would like to get rid of, what they want to “pour with dead water.”
Then, willing participants are invited to burn the drawings. That is, burn what hinders them. To do this, take a large refractory vase in which a fire is made. The members of the group crumple their drawings, putting into each movement the idea of ​​liberation from destructive tendencies. Then, the lump into which the drawing has turned is thrown into the fire. When everyone who wanted to burn the drawings has done so, the fire is filled with symbolic “dead water”.
Now what interfered has been turned into ashes, “dead water” has made it safe, neutral. What to do with him next? Once this ashes were our experiences, delusions. Now it has become our life experience.
Meaningful experience can be an excellent fertilizer for the growth of new ideas and undertakings. In addition, the ashes are useful to the earth. So, these ashes will serve as fertilizer for new creative tendencies.
Group members are invited to take one or more grains or seeds. A set of grains of wheat, rice and other cereals should be on hand. Grass seeds are also well suited for such activities.
Leading. In your hands now is a grain, a seed from which new life and opportunities grow. Think, dream about what you would like to do useful in life. Imagine your creative desire fulfilled… And now I ask you to come to the box with the earth and plant your seeds.
If there is an opportunity to go outside and plant seeds in the garden – that’s great. If this is not possible, it is necessary to prepare a box with earth in advance.
After all the seeds are planted, each participant waters the earth with “living water”. It is also useful to wash yourself with “living water”. After that, ashes are buried in the ground, for now it fertilizes it. Leading. Dear wizards! Today is an amazing day. We did not just draw and realize what prevents us from creating, we turned it into ashes. But they did not just scatter it to the wind, but found an important use for it. Today we have planted new seeds and watered them with “living water”. Let us trust the natural rate of seed germination. Let’s not succumb to the fuss and rush. The law of life, the law of creation says: “There will definitely be shoots on good land.” We washed ourselves with “living water” and will take this wonderful feeling with us from a fairy-tale land.
So, various techniques of art therapy, “packed” in a fairy tale, parable, myth or legend, will allow you to live situations of liberation and creation on a deeper level.
