“Emotion Cards”. You can cut them out of a magazine or print them off the Internet. Let them have faces with a variety of emotions. You can offer the child: to guess what the person feels in each picture; try to make the same face as in the selected picture; come up with different situations in which a person experiences certain emotions.
“Acting Courses”. Prepare cards with descriptions of various situations in the life of children. The child must use gestures, sounds and facial expressions to portray how the hero of the situation feels.
“Guess!”. Cover your face with your hands, and when you open it, some kind of emotion should be depicted on it. Invite the child to guess what you have depicted. Then switch roles with your child.
“How do I say?” Try to say the same common phrase, for example: “Good morning!”, with different intonations (joyful, sad, angry, surprised, scared, etc.) Let the child try to guess the emotion. Come up with a different phrase and switch roles.
