So is it not – it’s hard to argue, everyone is different. But the fact that our inner critic takes over all the healthy parts of the Self happens quite often, and as a result, the consequences can be different: from conflicts to depression and psychosomatics. In order to accustom yourself to a good attitude towards yourself, there is one wonderful practice – the letter “For what I can love myself”, which can be written forever. You can even start writing it for your child, and then teach him to do it on his own.
Let it be a wonderful notebook or notepad, and you can write there that I can love myself for the simplest things: for decisions and actions, for qualities and overcoming, for everything that comes to your mind.
