Imagine being given a magical chest that you can lock. You can put everything that makes you sad or angry in this chest and it will be safely hidden there. Nothing can escape from this chest. But when you feel like thinking about something or deciding what to do with it, you can take it out of the chest. And when you’re done, you can put it back. Draw or build your chest. Then draw or create pictures of what makes you sad or angry and put them in the chest.
