Create an art object from garbage or art from egg trays

Art therapy with freedom works wonders!

We know for sure that in art therapy everything is a material for creativity, just as in life everything is the basis for new opportunities. And in order to teach our client to see and be able to use the possibilities to the maximum, there is a wonderful method – the method of creating art objects from things not intended for this . Today I will offer you to experiment with craft egg trays.

Invite your client to create a collage of diversity from this material. The idea itself is absurd and utopian at first glance, but there is a huge potential of possibilities hidden in it.

Conditions and rules of work that are recommended to be announced to the client:
1. There are no rules in using the material: do what you want with it and create a collage
2. No theme or idea, let it emerge spontaneously and unexpectedly
3. There are no right conditions, let everything go freely and easily
4. There are no restrictions on the time and amount of material used (you can find a lot of this happiness)
5. You don’t have to do it beautifully, but just do it for pleasure and in harmony with the client
6. Do not think about the final result, but enjoy the process of experimental creativity

What does this method of art therapy give:

3. Creates conditions for removing blocks, prohibitions in creativity
