Module 2: Self-technologies in art therapy

This module is based on the mechanisms of studying one’s internal and external modalities in the process of art therapy.

Module goals and objectives:

1. Awareness and symbolization of color meanings in art therapy
2. Fundamentals of understanding the object of creativity as a portable object
3. Mechanisms of interaction with the product of your creativity
4. Technology “Art-buku”

Day 1. Color psychology. Color therapy. Processes and objects in art therapy meanings in the work of an art therapist. Interaction in art therapy

Methods of work: Mini-lectures, projective diagnostics, isotherapeutic methods, methods of working with metaphorical maps, creation of art-books

Methods of projective diagnostics that will be worked out in the module:

1. my color
2. rainbow and emotions
3. Color art books

 

Day 2 Creation of art books, keeping art diaries as a form of acquaintance, collection of information, control of dynamics, self-analysis of the client. System of work with art-books.

 

Methods of projective diagnostics that will be worked out in the module:

1. Art book of memories
2. Art beech planning
3. Art books of inspiration
4. Art book healing
5. Art book mood
