Since the exercises are very similar, I immediately combined the descriptions for both working with the horizontal and working with the diagonal.
In general, the same as in the first:
1. Sit down, take a deep breath.
2. Calmly look at the world in front of you.
3. Pay attention to horizontal (tables, picture frames, windows, eyebrows) and diagonal (telephone wires, corners of tables, shelves, fences, doors, shoulder line) directions. What property of horizontal/diagonal direction do you need in your life right now?
4. Choose to draw something that expresses this property.
5. Gently touch the paper with the pencil. Relax your wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder. As you draw the chosen line, imagine and feel that you are imbued with this property.

6. Wherever you go today, look for horizontal/diagonal directions and feel that property is growing within you.
Hints:

Horizontal: Sleep, Being at Peace Since a horizontal line often connects two vertical lines, take into account the properties of communication, connection, joint action, moving towards, integration and dialogue.

Diagonal: carries with it depth (three-dimensional space) and deviation from the norm. The diagonal direction tells us about coming and going, involvement, attractiveness, depth, acceptance of one’s uniqueness, creativity.
