Art therapy for stress or how to love your stress

We invite everyone to fall in love with your stress or change your attitude towards it with the help of art therapy methods.
During the work of the workshop, there is an opportunity to master the system of self-help and self-organization in the harsh conditions of modern human life.

Nazarevich Victoria , an experienced practical psychologist of the highest category, an art therapist, associate professor of psychology, candidate of psychological sciences, will work with you and will help develop an individual resource search program and form mechanisms for restoring the body and psyche after heavy psycho-emotional stress.

The work of the seminar will be organized as a space open for restoration, where, with the help of art and awareness of the important desires of one’s “I”, positive results of psychological work will be achieved.

During the workshop, the following psychological methods of stress management will be used:

– art therapy of the effects of stress
– introspection of stress reactions in the drawing
– visualizations of self-healing mechanisms and their creative presentation
– activation of self-potentials and energy forces through music and drawing

Seminar progress

1. Presentation of the trainer and topics, acquaintance.
2. Search for individual causes of stress.
3. Analysis of destructive reactions to stress.
4. Work with drawings of stress – analysis of drawings.
5. Creating drawings for self-healing – psychoanalysis of drawings.
6. Formation of an individual program “Anti-stress” according to the algorithm of the resources of one’s “I”.
7. Psychological “launch” of the stress coping program.
8. Summing up the results and analysis of the work of the workshop.

Group time 7 hours

The terms of participation:

participation fee – 300 UAH
participation + certificate – 350 UAH
