temporary truth

temporary truth

This story took place five and a half thousand years ago, in ancient Egypt, even before the creation of the well-known pyramids.

And it was so interesting and mysterious that it was hidden by the ancients to this day, so as not to reveal the Great Secret.

It happened to one young man who constantly scolded life and tirelessly repeated: “Time passes in vain.”

On that day, as usual, he wandered through the desert, talking about the frailty of life, and suddenly he saw a girl. She was endowed with such a bewitching beauty that he could not pass by without talking to her.

– Good afternoon! – our hero greeted, and could not help smiling, how beautiful she was.

– Good afternoon! she answered him. – Why are you so sad?

– I thought about the frailty of life, about the meaninglessness of life, about the fact that time passes in vain.

– No, time does not pass in vain. – the girl answered him. But, he tirelessly continued to insist on his own.

“Wait, I have an unusual gift for you. – and she handed him the pot, which she held in her hands, and said, – look into it, look at the very bottom. What do you see there?

The guy looked into the pot and saw the only phrase that was at the bottom: “Time passes in vain.”

“You know, everyone sees what they believe in.

And what do you see in him? – asked the young man.

– I see the phrase: “It is impossible to kill time, it is eternal, but you can kill the opportunity without using time for its intended purpose.”

After that, the guy thought about changing his attitude to time, his actions and opportunities.

It was a simple truth that two young talents revealed to us so many years ago. There are people who have enough time – without wasting opportunities. And there are those whom time bypasses, from the fact that they use it for other purposes.

We are what we believe!
