Method of “Lullaby rest”

 

The phenomenon of lullabies is greatly underestimated in adult life, because it is not only for sleep, but mostly for peace and complete relaxation. So today I suggest that you remember those lullabies (and if they are not there, then find them) that bring you to a state of peace and kindness.

Our thoughts very often need to be stopped in the head for the purpose of self-preservation, and lullabies do this perfectly. Find yourself a few or one song that gives you a state of balance, and draw simple spontaneous drawings to this vibration of peace.

Track how quickly your body calms down, how your thoughts change, how your breathing changes. What changes occur in the drawing?
And what visual image did you show as a result?

Explore this image by asking yourself a few questions:
1. What does the drawing tell me?
2. How is it related to my condition?
3. And why did the music and lyrics of the lullaby help to show this?

Be calm and happy! And let lullabies soothe our inner child in any life tasks.
