Creation of the mandala “I and nature”.
We are all, to a greater or lesser extent, “children of a big city” and it is imperative for us to remember that our strengths and sources of energy are not only in ourselves, but also in the world around us: in the forest, on the sea, in the mountains.
Mandala is just about that. It is resourceful, like all mandalas, and you can use it to restore your strength.
Materials:
– glue, natural materials: cones, herbarium, shells, spices, dried orange / lemon slices, twigs and pebbles.
A4 sheet of cardboard, you can use a wooden base, a plate that fits the base or a compass.
Description:
1. Remember or think of a place in nature where you felt the best, where you had a state of flow, where you felt comfortable and cozy.
If necessary, turn on the appropriate sounds of nature.
2. Lay out a mandala from the available natural materials. Try to convey the desired state with the composition.
You can do this on a cardboard / wooden or other base by gluing the parts onto it.
3. Focus on the process. Feel the energy, put it into your mandala.
4. The mandala is ready only when you yourself feel that it is ready.
5. How did the mandala and the process of its creation make you feel?
What new things did you discover in the course of your work?
What thoughts does the work suggest?
Based on the answers above, what two actions will you take next?
