War is a wild, terrible time; he puts every person before the choice of life or death, both physically and spiritually. Some seem to freeze in their lives, as if the war took away this right. Even if the war has taken almost everything, but you are, so potentially you have everything.
It is impossible to understand this pain of war with the head, because it is madness. Therefore, it is important to maintain the focus of common sense in order to survive and maintain the strength to live after the war.
Let’s discuss some of the psychological aspects to think about when living through a war.
1. Any complex state of reality in which we find ourselves is a challenge of fate, and we must accept it with confidence: if this has come to our fate, then it is worth going through to understand why it was for us. Because to analyze the best after any events. As the saying goes: “To each his own, so don’t worry about what you can’t control.”
2. Life has not been canceled. Children are born – and that’s good, flowers grow – and that’s good, desires appear – and that’s good. Therefore, life in any case conquers death. Try within yourself between life and death to choose life – this is important. And if there is a reason to celebrate life with even a delicious cup of coffee, then this should be done. It is very easy to dive into necrophilic thoughts and kill yourself in this way during your lifetime.
3. Every minute is valuable. Don’t wait for the war to end. You start doing something now, it’s a trap to wait for a better period, it may not be. Do something for your new future that you dreamed of now. If there is no possibility in full force, at least a little, at least 10 minutes a day, then the focus of your consciousness will keep the main thing for you.
4. Keep Your Own: Armies win wars. Believe me, if you are doing one thing with others, then this is your front. But don’t forget to rest, take time outs, reset, feel your state, take care of yourself. Only in a flock do birds know where to fly, just as people in difficult times of transformation stick together.
5. In difficult times, you need to rely on reality, whatever it may be. There is a specific task, then solve it, do not accumulate cases that will then put pressure on you with additional loads. I didn’t pay, I didn’t go, I didn’t call, I didn’t do it – it becomes a burden and provokes even more stress and internal tension. There is an opportunity – do it already!
6. Remember that this time cannot be returned. Your child now has a childhood, and someone graduated from college, someone got married – make memories, good memories, because this is important for the quality of life. For as we invent it, so it will be!
7. The resources of life are not exhausted if you lack something. Search, move, ask, try, fail, plant more, develop new areas of life – and you will definitely find the way to the resource that you need. The one who is waiting for someone to bring it to him does not have resources, and this is already stealing the resources of another, his time and effort. War is not the time for passive contemplation!
