Purpose: to objectify your emotions. Find an adequate creative expression for emotions on paper. Develop self-knowledge skills.
Materials for technique: list of emotions, sheet of A3 paper, wax pencils.
Progress. The client is offered to find 10 emotions that are especially relevant for him now from the proposed list. And draw them on a piece of paper. The result is a picture of emotions.
List of emotions. Excitement, security, anxiety, gratitude, well-being, fear, disgust, anger, guilt, greatness, power, admiration, arrogance, hunger, pride, trust, duty, dignity, thirst, pity, care, envy, fawning, arrogance, malevolence, anger, interest, beauty, laziness, love, revenge, prayer, gloominess, hope, arrogance, indignation, tenderness, hatred, hostility, insecurity, dissatisfaction, resentment, discouragement, adoration, doom, loneliness, caution, responsibility, disgust, disgust, patriotism, sadness, suspicion, humility, anticipation, contempt, neglect, devotion, lust, joy, disappointment, irritation, repentance, absent-mindedness, confusion, jealousy, boredom, sexuality, ridiculousness, compassion, property, composure, doubt, calmness, justice, fear, shame, anxiety, despondency, humiliation, conviction, respect, surprise, satisfaction, dejection, fatigue, loss, ambition, humor, rage.
Analysis of results:
1. Do you like the picture of your emotions?
2. What is especially harmonious and why?
3. How to make the picture more harmonious?
4. What stands out from the overall picture?
