Our tension increases with each new task or random stay in other people’s information fields. And in order not to accumulate it, it is best to regulate it.
I propose a metaphor for the regulation of internal tension in the form of a soap bubble. Imagine and then draw, as if the tension you feel in relation to a certain situation can be blown out of you in the form of a soap bubble.
Take a breath and, as we blow a soap bubble, release your tension.
It’s generally better for children to give bubbles and blow out tension and stress with them, and an adult can always find pieces of paper, pens and do it.
Do this practice until you feel an inner voice that addresses you with the words – “enough, that’s it.”
This is a very simple method, but it will provide you with a way to quickly find balance and self-stabilization.
Teach this practice to your children so that they themselves can bring themselves into order in any incomprehensible situation.
It is important to release stress at any opportunity, not to accumulate it to the formation of devastating consequences.
