The purpose of the training: Study of the sources of resource states of a woman, identification of explicit and hidden resources, finding ways to activate and mobilize them. The workshop provides practical tools for diagnosis and correction in the process of psychoanalytic, art-therapeutic and body-oriented work. The group will work on achieving harmony in the balance of the “give” – ​​”take” system through finding symbols and images of their own resources.

We invite: everyone, teachers, educators, counseling psychologists, students.

Forms of work in the seminar: mini-lectures, body-oriented therapy, psychoanalytic techniques, art-therapeutic forms (isotherapy techniques, work with metaphorical and projective cards), meditative, relaxation techniques.

The seminar provides:

1. Study of the psychological resources of women.
2. Identification of explicit and hidden resources, methods of their activation and mobilization.
3. Body-oriented practices – activation of resource states, increase in energy levels.
4. Techniques of isotherapy, art therapy.
5. Meditative projective techniques.
6. Creation of symbols of resource states and resources in pictures and images.
7. Harmonization of the internal state, the balance of “give” – ​​”take”.
