We invite you to participate in a training seminar on the topic:

“Psychological healing with the help of art mandalas”

Purpose: To familiarize the participants of the training with the possibilities of working in mandalotherapy, to provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills when using mandalas in everyday life, psycho-consulting and psycho-corrective processes.

The target group is intended for practical psychologists, psychologists of educational, medical and recreational institutions, social workers, social educators, counseling psychologists, psychotherapists, teachers, parents, students and people interested in the topic.

Methods of work in the training: multimedia lecture, phototherapy, isotherapy, fairy tale therapy, visualization, sand therapy, mandalotherapy, landscape therapy, spontaneous drawing of mandalas, analytical methods for interpreting mandalas.

The program of the seminar-training provides:

First day of school

1. Mini-lecture “Color therapy in mandalas”.

2. Techniques for the formation of a harmonious emotional state:

– Mandala of Peace

– mandala of confidence

– well-being mandala

3. Technique “Help of mandalas in healing”

4. Techniques for working with colors “Change color – change state”

5. Technique for overcoming fear, psychosomatic diseases “9 mandalas”

6. Monotype technique in mandalas “What will I take next”

Second school day

1. Mini-lecture on the history of mandalas.

2. Mandala in the sand

3. Mandala in a fairy tale story (staging a fairy tale in a mandala on the sand)

4. Creating a Bulk Group Mandala

5. Mandalotherapy with children (Technique “Mandala collage”)

Forms of work: mini-lectures, diagnostic workshop, use of art-therapeutic exercises, techniques, techniques, work with cards.
