Paper in art therapy is a therapeutic space where it is possible to create changes in the mental state of the client. About paper and what else you can offer to draw to the client, revealed in secrets from Victoria Nazarevich.
1. White paper, A3 format, for creating psychological drawings, the format of free consciousness.

6. Foil or shiny, mother-of-pearl paper – often used to give the work high cost, significance, chic. Recommended for clients with low self-esteem and depressive behavior.
7. Sets of colored paper for detailing space in art works provide a psycho-emotional load with color for self-manifestation.
8. Soft paper – can often be napkins, paper towels, toilet paper. An excellent tool for reflection and interaction with water in order to create a 3-D format in creative products.
9. Old newspapers and magazines, postcards, calendars. To live the fear of a new and clean slate in order to relieve tension, to do something wrong or ugly.
10. Pieces of corrugated cardboard – often used as a basis for art work or a substrate for the convenience of making a fine product. Recommended for the study of bodily issues.
11. Someone else’s drawings or paintings for redrawing. Creates a sense of belonging with someone or something.
12. We use photographs or other photographic images to model a new reality. It is recommended to use when working with reprogramming personality settings.
13. Homemade paper is a symbolic form of self-creation, a wonderful way of living through crisis stages when you need to create life anew.
14. Thin tree bark and pieces of fabric and leather for drawing. Activation of the client’s belonging and unity with nature, activation of natural and vital forces. Great tool for dealing with emotional burnout.
15. We use canvases for drawing in order to open the inner creator. Offer to draw to your client on canvas, for complete acceptance and awareness of the idea – What he can create.
16. Transparent org. glass or thin transparent silicone. The purpose of use is to reveal the unmanifested to create impression works and monotypes in order to fix the experience.
17. Thin pieces of tin or other metal. Fixation of the important and significant.
18. Old books on which you can create drawings. Overcoming fear to create correctly and beautifully.
19. Envelopes and eco-bags, we use to create containers for the purpose of collecting and preserving.
