Method “Black Square”

 

Periods are different. Sometimes they seem black to us, and life takes on the format of a black square. And this is where the technique of filling the black square comes to the rescue. Imagine that everything that does not suit you is a black square. Draw or redraw everything the way you want.

Make sure you like this picture. By changing the state inside, we are preparing the field for changes to take place outside.

Analyze the answers to the following questions:
1. What did you add?
2. What has changed?
3. How does this relate to real life?
4. What thoughts and feelings come up as you look at the transformation?

If you absolutely want to change everything, do it.

Such is the simple method of self-regulation of negative space.
