Let’s make inner silence, it will help to endure and save strength

 

Now we are going through the biggest test in our lifetime and not one generation. And you should keep hope and faith.

We should all remember 👉🏻:

✅ All our decisions that were made are correct. Therefore, with others, we could not live on. After all, there are no mistakes in one’s own choice in a crisis.
If such tests fell on us, we were ready for this and we will survive!

✅ If you tear yourself apart with fears about the future, it will be even worse, if you remember the past with regret, it will be even worse.

✅ Do not grab panic from others, try to stabilize yourself and those around you. Don’t save the world, save yourself. Dose forecasts, choose the one that suits your soul. Hold on to him!

✅ Remember the truth, all of me – me and this, we will figure it out further.

✅ The pain and absurdity of the war is breaking, let’s get everything out in the most convenient form just for you, but do not encapsulate in the body.

✅ Grab any positive opinion, more importantly, fix it on paper or in a notebook.

✅ Make requests of Peace to everyone: God, people, the universe. Knock and open. Remember, silence is the voice of agreement with the situation!

✅ Save strength and resources, mental, emotional, physical.
