Scientific and practical conference “Toy therapy” Use of toys in the work of a psychologist

 

Modern realities of war, constant anxiety under the influence of various factors require the search for natural and effective methods of helping ourselves and our children… And, of course, one of the most common methods is toy and play therapy.

Therefore, the volunteer movement of children’s therapists and art therapists of Ukraine, OO “Genofond natsii” and educational portal Nazarevich art invites to an open scientific and practical discussion regarding the results of a year’s work in every corner of Ukraine on providing psychological help to children with the help of toys and play therapy.

A game with a toy that is always with you, which in a strange way brings back a sense of security, faith and hope. Yes, and in a situation of prolonged traumatic stress, the toy happened during the psychological support of persons of different age categories and different levels of experiencing the traumatic experience of war.

We invite you to participate in the event for psychologists, volunteers, teachers, and social workers. Scientific and practical conference “Toy therapy”.

Participation in the event will be an important professional event for psychologists, teachers, consultants who use the game in their work.

The purpose of the conference is to clarify the relevance and effectiveness of using toys during psychological help, to create an understanding of the system of work in the “Toy therapy room” method, to present effective methods that contribute to the maturation and adaptation of an individual to the social world, during the war period, to overcome psychological problems and difficulties with the help of toys

The following topics are waiting for you as part of the conference:
• Theoretical, methodological and practical methods of working with toys in the practice of a child psychologist.
• Tools and inventory of modern psychological assistance for children and adolescents from leading specialists (methods for correction of fears, aggressiveness, difficulty of adaptation and communication).
• Peculiarities of the organization of training, ensuring the qualitative development of communicative and social competence with the help of toys.
• Modern and effective methods of play when working with a child’s traumatic experience.
• Work with child-parent relationships, raising a child through a transfer object (toy).

Practicing psychologists, scientists, child psychologists, pedagogues, social pedagogues and everyone who strives to master new methods of working with children are invited to participate in the conference.

The scientific and practical conference “Toy therapy” is an excellent opportunity to exchange professional experience, gain new ideas and knowledge in the use of toys in the work of a child psychologist, expand the circle of professional communication and, of course, gain new knowledge on the introduction of play therapy and the practice of preserving mental health I!

Work format: online ZOOM

100 hryvnias – for participants of the “Toy therapy room” charity project,
400 hryvnias – for everyone who wants to visit the event.
