Healing women’s wounds when experiencing emotional pain: anti-crisis support for women

Seminar-training on the topic:

“Healing of women’s wounds during the experience of mental pain: anti-crisis support for women”

“By healing herself, a woman can heal the whole world”

The purpose of the training: Awareness of one’s uniqueness, importance, value, health, search for resources to restore the sources of female power in crisis situations. At the training there will be an opportunity to work with mental anti-crisis attitudes in the system of regulation of the emotional components of the personality. The training seminar diagnoses and gives answers to these questions in the process of psychoanalytic and art therapy work. Participants will try to activate the feminine nature, feel the female energies and psycho-emotional forces for recovery in crisis situations, find symbols and images of their own true femininity, and restore the system of emotional balance and inner well-being.

Target group: everyone, teachers, psychologists consultants, students.

Forms of work in the seminar: mini-lectures, body-oriented therapy, psychoanalytic techniques, art-therapeutic forms (isotherapy techniques, work with metaphorical and thematic maps, visualizations).

1. Mini-lecture “Conditions for accompanying women in crisis situations”
2. The method of maintaining self-control and expanding the forms of self-regulation “I am the goal, I am the condition, I am the result” (self-portrait technique)
3. Collage technique “Changes in my head” (assessment of the dynamics of emotional changes in a crisis)
4. Methods of avoiding psychological regression in the crisis “I am – Alive I”
5. Formation of psychological autonomy in a crisis – meditative-metaphorical practice “Workshop of reality”
6. Body-oriented practices.
