Frosty patterns on a leaf – a method of crystallizing the experiences of the day

I want to offer a winter relaxation method by creating a pattern of frosty patterns on a black sheet of paper. When a tired person comes home after a hard day, it is important to have creative tools that can quickly put the mental state in order. Relaxation drawing of frosty patterns makes it possible to calm down, take a breath and, literally in 15 minutes, begin to constructively interact with the world. Drawing without meaning, and without any expected aesthetic result, gives a strong anti-stress effect. First you need to find a black sheet of paper and silver paint (watercolor, acrylic or mother-of-pearl gouache and, in extreme cases, just a silver marker will go) then you can create patterns. The process of whitening with black paper patterns simply magically relaxes the human psyche, tired of information, and creates the ground for self-healing. As crystals form from edge to center, so we create a pattern from the edge of the sheet, gradually filling the space.
In patterns on glass, steam bypassing the stage of water immediately turns into ice, and molecules accumulated in tiny scratches on glass form a crystal, from which intricate patterns then grow. So our fatigue, worries, resentment, disappointment, bypassing consciousness, turn into a frozen drawing on paper.
