The purpose of the training: Awareness of one’s uniqueness, importance, value, health, search for resources to restore the sources of female power. The study of the causes of internal conflicts, which are broadcast in real life in the form of problems and difficulties in relationships with the opposite sex. The training seminar diagnoses and gives answers to these questions in the process of psychoanalytic and art therapy work. Participants will try to activate the feminine nature, feel the female energies and psycho-emotional forces for recovery in crisis situations, find symbols and images of their own true femininity, and restore the system of emotional balance and inner well-being.
Target group: everyone, teachers, psychologists consultants, students.
Forms of work in the seminar: mini-lectures, body-oriented therapy, psychoanalytic techniques, art-therapeutic forms (isotherapy techniques, work with metaphorical and thematic maps, visualizations).
