Art therapy
1. Examine the drawings and follow the changes in the emotional state
2. Pick a base color for yourself and see how it moves and changes across the paper
3. Choose a point where you stop your eyes and try to delve into the drawing, breathe evenly and deeply
Such meditative training provides an opportunity to get rid of stress, and is a good method of self-regulation.
