In the process of creating such a “sculpture”, you can do anything with paper: tear it, crumple it, trample it, etc. Then take glue or sticky tape and give the paper a certain shape.

The paper should be carefully considered and gratitude should be expressed to her for participating in this process. After that, with the resulting sculpture, you can do whatever you want: paint it in bright colors, decorate it, or simply burn it or cut it with scissors.

Correction of health art – therapy:

Health began to play pranks and sores begin to make themselves felt? It can be assumed that the body wants to suggest something. Art therapy can help you with this too! It is recommended to turn on light and relaxing music and start breathing properly. You can think about your sudden problem. What associations arise in this case?
