“Art technologies in working with stressful and depressive states of the client”
That will take place
(training duration 20 hours)

Purpose: to master a variety of means of art therapy when working with stressful and depressive states of clients. Learn the basics of art therapy techniques of psychological assistance.

Target group: designed for practical psychologists, psychologists of educational, medical and recreational institutions, social workers, counseling psychologists, psychotherapists, teachers, parents, students.

The main objectives of the seminar-training:

– diagnostics of stressful and depressive states by means of projective drawing;

– to acquaint with the main methods of art therapy when working with stress and depression;

– Approbation of the main forms of art therapy for various manifestations of stress and depression.

The program of the seminar-training provides:

• review of modern approaches to the use of art therapy in stressful and depressive conditions;
• introduction of art therapy methods when working on symptoms:
(isotherapy – exercise “A drop of stress”, exercise “Overcome stress-paint stress”; sand therapy – exercise “World of inspiration”, exercise – “My life resource”; fairy tale therapy – exercise “Angel – love, creativity, knowledge”, work with clay exercise “Blind and crush depression.”

Forms of work: mini-lectures, diagnostic workshop, use of art therapy exercises (sand therapy, isotherapy, fairy tale therapy, work with clay).

Participants of the training seminar will be able to receive
1. Knowledge of the methods and forms of psychological assistance for stress and depression.
2. Overcome the consequences of your own stressful conditions.
3. Necessary teaching materials for self-assistance to the client.
4. Theoretical case on this issue.
