If it’s very scary to just live and anxiety becomes an invisible companion of all situations, sad and joyful, ordinary and special, accidental and planned, you need to learn to negotiate with yourself.
This contract should also include the right to other emotions: delight and admiration, interest and calmness, well, and other pleasant states that life consists of.
So, in order to protect yourself from the endless loss of energy in empty anxiety, you need to come up with a symbolic airbag.
Take a sheet of paper and sit yourself on top without worry.

2. What does each of them mean to you?
3. How did you feel when you realized that you can deal with anxiety?
4. How has your condition changed?And you know what’s interesting: every time an anxiety attack returns again, you can again draw your airbags in any form and image that is convenient for you.
Try and conquer anxiety, and the world will become much brighter and more welcoming. Don’t give anxiety a chance to steal your joy in life.
