Training seminar module 6 on psychosomatics in the framework of the use of the method of art therapy
Topic “Using color as a method of stabilizing a client in psychosomatic processes”
Purpose: Acquaintance with art-psychological strategies and forms of using color in the process of accompanying psychosomatic manifestations and the conditions for their use in counseling practice. As part of the seminar, methods of using color, its symbolism and meaning in the work of a psychologist will be worked out. There will be certain mechanisms and factors for the effective impact of color in art therapy when working with psychosomatic manifestations. Color therapy techniques are presented when accompanying clients with various psychosomatic manifestations. The seminar will present art-therapeutic techniques for using color therapy, describe the ways in which color affects organs and systems.

Target group of participants: everyone, teachers, consultant psychologists, students.
