I didn’t think for a long time and got down to business … So, sometimes, the desire to create is stronger than to be beautiful, and it seems that nothing can be done about it.

Having twisted the soft and flexible sticks of curlers in my hands, I decided: – to be a doll!

For this, part of two sticks, not very tight, is tied with twine or ribbon.

Bend the top of the sticks to the sides.

Cut out panties from non-shrinking fabric.

We wrap the side ends around the body and fix with glue or sew on .. That’s it. The body is ready.

We make a ball of flesh-colored knitwear and, having collected it on a thread at the bottom of the ball, we tighten it by inserting a small piece of plastic tube from the handle .. We fix it well.

We sew, leaving one edge open and turn it out with a clip.

There is a spring inside the curler, which ends with such a plastic rivet. She will serve us well.

Having filled the palm with filler, you need to collect the edge around the perimeter with small stitches and wrap the allowances inward. Then gently put your palm on this rivet and pull the thread well, wrap it around and fasten it several times.

Now we will make an imitation of socks, just attach strips of fabric over the foot or wind children’s thin hair bands.
You can build a hat on the head, or without it, decorate it with bows, flowers, etc. We will sew a simple dress, it can be more complicated, as you like. After all, the main thing, in my opinion, is not this, but the fact that the doll is crazy moving and it will be very interesting for the child to handle with arms and legs. The position of the body and arms with legs can be given absolutely any! This develops the motor skills of the child’s hands and a great interest in the game. Judge for yourself…
