This is the only method that helps me survive the dark period of the year, otherwise I am constantly crying and yearning for Sunlight and warmth. So, as soon as you have signs of seasonal depression – urgently for this art pill.
Take all the shades of the sun and draw sun-mandalas.

If after one drawing the state has not changed, make a few more and try to track what is happening and how your state is changing.

Draw it in different ways: correct and symmetrical for harmonizing internal vital processes, bold and wild for their release, as well as gentle and affectionate for self-warming.

Such Sun-mandala drawings are simply a miracle method for children and adolescents when working with a psychologist with depressive and apathetic behavioral manifestations.
So, if you are sad, draw Sun-mandalas, and everything will become brighter. And in general, carry a yellow pencil always with you.
