We invite you to take part in a training seminar on the topic “Overcoming fears and obsessions in children and adults using art therapy”
Purpose: to reveal the theoretical and methodological features in overcoming and minimizing fears in children and adults using art therapy methods.
Target group: training is designed for practical psychologists, psychologists of educational, medical and recreational institutions, social workers, social educators, counseling psychologists, psychotherapists, teachers, parents, students.
The training seminar program includes:
1. Mini-lecture “Modern understanding of fear as a human need.”
2. Diagnostics of fear technique “How to see, hear, feel fear”
3. Working with plastic materials (plasticine, clay, dough), the “Scary to the Pain” technique, overcoming psychosomatic manifestations, responding to psychogeny.
4. Isotherapy technique “ink spot of my fear”.
5. Transformation of fear in work with metaphorical associative cards “Meta-art”.
6. Performance in the sand – overcoming fear in sand psychotherapy:
– technique – “The fear that I resurrected”;
– technique – “Circus of fear”.
7. Working with containers for the utilization of fear, collage technique “Chest of fear”;
8. Analysis of clinical cases of work with obsessive states;
9. Body Oriented Therapy Technique “Giving Fear of Form”;
10. Phototherapy technique “Journey of my fear”;
Forms of work: mini-lectures, diagnostic workshop, use of art therapy exercises.
Participants of the training seminar will be able to receive
