One story from your pocket

 

I usually do not write stories that are told to me about my methods, saving this experience for the personal training of specialists. But I was asked to write about this one, and, of course, I agreed.

I won’t tell you a secret that we have the “Pockets” technique and to it a whole set of small inserts with motivational phrases by category: strength, health, dream, relationship, wealth, success, joy, happiness, time – which can be used as a coaching matrix .

The same story is about two friends, one of whom found herself in a difficult situation, which was clearly indicated in depressive tendencies. But the second one had “Pockets” inserts, and she began to send to her friend for morning coffee, which no longer invigorated our heroine, one phrase from her pocket. Repeating only one phrase every day: “What do you need today to feel better?”. Of course, the heroine is still that skeptic, and diligently repeated every day that nothing would help her. A friend monotonously, repeating the phrase, sent messages to her taste. And what was her surprise that one fine day the heroine said: “Well, come on – health and time.” The next morning there was a message for relationships and happiness, then there was money and joy, and so their morning greeting continued, but the choice was already conscious. Little by little, the condition of our heroine became better, and the signs of crisis and depression disappeared. And only then the main secret was revealed. The heroine shared with her friend a strange ritual that she performed with the phrase every day. As soon as negative emotions took over, the friend took the phone and looked at five phrases at random, making them into words of support for herself. Repeating them until it gets better.

It seems that there is nothing special in this story, but the words of Joseph Campbell come to mind: “If you want to change your myth, change the ritual.” Our psyche is very plastic and at the same time strong. And by changing the processes within ourselves, through any form of contact with ourselves, God speaks to us.
