Life situations come upon us unexpectedly, but often enough we can see small clues that help us to be ready for a new wave of tasks that need to be solved. In other words, prepare yourself. And here I want to offer another metaphor in order to understand my readiness to cope.
Choose a task that is relevant to you (well, or, if you want, call it a problem) and imagine it as a wave.
And here is the most interesting thing.
These are questions that should be answered as honestly as possible in order to understand:
1. What is this wave?
2. Where did she come from?
3. How strong is she?
4. How can I interact with her?
5. How can she threaten me?
Write down the answers, and then try to draw your story on a piece of paper. If it is threatening for you, just redraw it in an acceptable version. After all, this is only our imagination, and many only want to catch a wave in order to freely rush through the sea of \u200b\u200bits life.
And you also need to remember that waves are important, and after any storm comes calm!
