We are entering a fairly dark period of the year and our body will react to the lack of sunlight, fading or prostration, as if instinctively driving into hibernation.

And in order to make it emotionally easier to survive this stage, I suggest you focus your attention on the image of a flashlight.

To do this, at the moment of a depressive attack, take a sheet of paper, all shades of yellow and draw any light source, you can have a ray of light, a lamp, an airy Chinese lantern in the sky. The image of artificial light does not provoke longing for summer and the Sun, but naturally compensates for the deficit through a metaphor.

Such images can be drawn regularly and may they help us get through this dark period of the year!
