We choose what to accept in life.

Heard the phrase: “No, it’s not mine, it’s not for me.” And probably its value lies in the fact that a person knows himself. What is good for her and what is not. Similarly, in the process of studying our own emotions, there are those who come and feel good with them, while others, on the contrary, destroy us from the inside, creating a constant circle of pain.
Of course, as an art therapist, I will offer methods of regulation related to creativity and self-expression in creativity, which, in my opinion, are fantastically effective and painless in helping us convey any emotional process. So, let’s begin:

Step 1 You have become aware of the emotion that you want to get rid of, determined that you are tired of experiencing it, and there is a desire to change the state.

Step 2 Ask yourself the question: “What form of creativity do I need right now?”. You can sing it, or draw it, or make it out of clay, or dance it, or you can cut it into pieces.

Step 3 Find materials with which it will be easier for you to get rid of an unwanted state, experiment, create, fantasize.

Step 4 Take the time to consciously and healingly engage in creativity for as long as necessary until you feel that the state has changed.

Step 5 And then, do something nice: from a cup of tea to a bath – this way we will aim and maintain mental health in the rear.

Because war is constant painful emotions, it is fear and stress, therefore, we need to try to live it effectively with minimal losses.
