This is a quote from Magic_Psychology

I liked these simple rules for every day. They can be used as a reminder to support yourself in difficult situations:
Psychology rules
1. Rule of the Mirror.
The people around us are our mirrors. They reflect the features of our own personality, often not realized by us. For example, if someone is rude to us, it means that we want it that way, we allow it. If someone deceives us again and again, then we tend to believe anyone. So no one to be offended.
2. Choice Rule.
We realize that everything that happens in our life is the result of our own choice. And if today we communicate with a boring person, then we ourselves are boring and boring. There are no bad and evil people – there are unfortunate ones. If we sort out their problems, then we like it. So there is no one to complain to. We ourselves are the cause of everything that happens to us. We ourselves are the author and creator of our destiny.
3. Rule of Error.
We agree that we can be wrong. Other people should not always consider our opinion or our actions to be correct. The real world is not only black and white, there is also light gray and dark white. We are not PERFECT, we are just people and we have the right to make mistakes. The main thing is to be able to recognize it and correct it in time.
4. Rule of Correspondence.
We have exactly what, and exactly as much, what we correspond to, what we deserve, no more, no less, whether it concerns relationships with people, work or money. If we cannot love a person to the fullest, it is ridiculous to demand that this person love us THAT much. So all our claims are meaningless. And at the same time, when we ourselves decide to change, the people around us also change (for the better)
5. The Dependency Rule.
Nobody owes us anything. We are capable and can selflessly help everyone we can. And we are happy about it. To be kind, you have to be strong. To become strong, we must believe that we can do everything. But you also need to be able to say “NO!”
6. Rule of Presence.
We live here and now. There is no past, because every next second comes the present. There is no future because it doesn’t exist yet. Attachment to the past leads to depression; preoccupation with the future breeds anxiety. As long as we live in the present, we are REAL. There is reason to rejoice.
7. Rule of optimism.
While we scold life, it passes by. The eyes see, the feet walk, the ears hear, the heart works, the Soul rejoices. Our fitness is sunny summer, meadow and river. As long as we move, as long as the wind blows over the skin – we live
