To do this, you can use the shape and color, which will provide a sensation-forming component and filling the emotional component, respectively.
What can we do?
- We suggest choosing and painting a picture that will cheer you up;
- Consider coloring pages and choose the element that will save you from depression:
- Paint each drawing with a separate color and determine which emotion each of the selected shades is responsible for;
- We fill the coloring pages with joyful colors, flowers of happiness and harmony.
