Exercise “Sweeping out the pain” Imagine how you are sweeping the pain out of a sore spot with a broom. Now take a sheet of paper, a pencil and draw yourself with a broom in your hands, sweeping out the garbage of pain and illness. Compose a text appeal to the diseased organ. For example, with a diseased liver, try to imagine it first. Then draw yourself sweeping out the disease, and mentally or aloud say the following text: “Pain, get out of my liver, I’m sweeping you out of it, please don’t ever come back. My liver is absolutely healthy! I am cheerful and in a great mood!”

Exercise “Erasing my pain” On a piece of paper, draw pain in the form of some kind of blot, and then take an eraser and erase what you have drawn. At the same time, repeat the following words aloud: “The pain disappears. Mine (name the parts of the body where you experience pain) are absolutely healthy. I feel great!” Soon you will feel that you got rid of the pain, it just disappeared under the eraser.

Exercise “Cut off the pain” Draw your problem to your right in the form of a ball of tangled threads. Under the image, write: “My pains.” Or be more specific. On the left, draw yourself and write your name under the image. You can draw how the pain entangles you. Then take scissors and cut off the ball, that is, your pain. You will clearly see that the pain is gone. This is what will help your brain to easily unravel the created difficult situation.
