We have heard the phrase “you need to unwind”, which contains a deep therapeutic meaning of liberation from negative and “tired” thoughts.
This week’s methodology of the week will focus on negative or intrusive thoughts that are difficult to get rid of. I think everyone knows what it is to dwell on a word that you were told, a phrase that you read or heard, or just a thought spinning in your head, haunting.
What to do?To implement this task, I propose to play with the image of a dandelion, which must be blown away like a thought, so that it is scattered by the wind, and with it your “tired” thought.
You can also imagine it on a piece of paper: draw this image as many times as you want. Well, if not such an image, then something similar that comes to mind as an image of dispelling thoughts.Such a simple visual practice will help free the cognitive field from thoughts that are tired of.
