Friends, this book is an experience that was drip collected and filtered in the course of many years of practice in analyzing such a phenomenon as keeping creative diaries. In the book, we give a systematization of these diaries for all occasions for self-healing and awareness of reality, since keeping an art diary is a separate local method in art therapy, which ensures the structuring of the experience of reality and the experience of feelings, which is especially valuable for a qualitative understanding of one\u2019s own life. How is this method, a kind of creative memoir, useful? It provides a free and easy form of fixing the meanings of phenomena and states, helps to consider one’s life important for oneself, to appreciate every little piece of impressions from everyday life.<\/p>\n
