Groisman notes that emotions are a form of mental reflection, standing on the verge (to the content of the cognizable) with a physiological reflection and representing a kind of personal attitude of a person both to the surrounding reality and to himself.
Feelings are more complex than emotions, a form of reflection that is peculiar only to a person, generalizing his emotional reflection and concepts. Feelings are associated not with the physiological needs of a person, but with higher needs and motives of activity, carrying out self-regulating functions not at the organismic level, but at the personal and socio-psychological level. Creative satisfaction, the joy of work, professional pride, a sense of collectivism are examples of the historical formation of the social conditioning of feelings.
The peculiarity of emotions and feelings is determined by personal properties, the orientation of the personality, its motives, aspirations, intentions, individual mental properties, for example, character and emotional-volitional components. Sthenic feelings, such as joy or anger, are strong feelings that increase the vital activity of the body, its mental tone. Asthenic feelings (grief, fear, sadness) lead to a decrease in vitality and energy. But the vital dialectic of feelings is far from simple.
Emotions and feelings a person not only experiences. They also have an external, bodily, design in the form of facial expressions (features of the facial muscles, the position of the eyebrows, corners of the mouth), pantomimes (a rigid facial contour of the personality), intonation and vegetative-vascular manifestations (redness, sweating, changes in heart rate, respiratory cycle , as well as biochemical changes in the body – a shift in the blood formula, etc.).
There are complex relationships between emotions and feelings. Feelings manifest themselves through emotions, and emotions, being socialized, can be transformed into feelings.
The classification of the types of emotions is given in detail by V.F. Matveev.
Positive emotions: pleasure, joy, jubilation, delight, confidence, pride, trust, sympathy, admiration, love (sexual), love (affection), respect, tenderness, gratitude (appreciation), tenderness, complacency, malevolence, bliss, a sense of satisfaction vengeance, a clear conscience, a sense of relief, a sense of self-satisfaction, a sense of security, anticipation.
Neutral emotions: curiosity, surprise, amazement, indifference, calm and contemplative mood.
Negative emotions: displeasure, grief (sorrow), longing, sadness (sadness), despair, grief, anxiety, resentment, fear, fear, fear, pity, sympathy, regret, annoyance, anger, feeling of insult, indignation (indignation), hatred , hostility, envy, anger, anger, despondency, boredom, jealousy, horror, uncertainty (doubt), distrust, shame, confusion, rage, contempt, disgust, disappointment, disgust, dissatisfaction with oneself, remorse, remorse, impatience, bitterness.
</noindex>

[1000

post-26213","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-art-therapy
["GET
