It embodies our fears and hopes, fears and dreams, conflicts and reconciliations. And somewhere, creativity becomes our faithful guide through the difficult, often contradictory, but immensely interesting inner world.
What does creativity mean for a child? Why does it turn out that in childhood, many enthusiastically drew, sculpted, and with age, the desire to do this often disappears … as if some invisible thread has broken?
Just for a child, creativity is his life, this is his reality. This is also his “language”, with the help of which he tries to tell about himself, his feelings, joys and experiences. He is absolutely spontaneous in his work. Unlike adults, who try to see something rational in creativity and are critical of what they have done, the child lives precisely with feelings. For him, it is not so much important how something is drawn or molded from plasticine – but what exactly. Therefore, self-expression in creative activity becomes so natural for him.
But we all come from childhood … And this means that this “language” of creativity is not alien to us – so let’s try to go on this creative journey together with our children: let’s fantasize again, draw, sculpt. Let’s share with our children what is so important to them!
And exercises with elements of art therapy will help us with this.
The very term “art therapy” (literally – art therapy) was introduced by A. Hill in 1938, and is a means of free self-expression.
In a special symbolic form: through a drawing, a game, a fairy tale, music – we can help a child give vent to his strong emotions, experiences, gain new experience in resolving conflict situations. Indeed, by transferring your problems from real life to fictional fairy tales or onto a piece of paper in the form of a drawing, you can look at yourself and the situation in a completely different way, find a way out. In the process of creative activity, an atmosphere of emotional warmth is created, a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s inner world takes place.
Exercises with elements of art therapy contribute to:
– shaping self-image
– the study and expression of their feelings and emotions;
– formation of positive self-perception;
– development of communication skills;
– emotional rapprochement of family members;
– removal of psycho-emotional stress;
– development of abilities for various types of creative activity.
To complete the exercises you will need:
– colored crayons
– black and white mask,
– photos,
– music.
Good luck and interesting creative journey!</noindex>

[1000

post-26212","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-art-therapy
["GET
