By analyzing the meaning of colors, we begin to understand the messages sent by our unconscious. Sometimes they can have several levels of meaning. Each time the same color can have a different meaning, i.e. the meanings of the colors of the mandalas change. The interpretation of colors is given to stimulate our thinking and insight. But there are no forever given color values, they must be chosen by listening to yourself. Each time you have to start associations with a fresh mind. If any associations seem full of energy, they should be used. Those that seem lifeless must be discarded. The more vividly the colors are represented, the more fully you are included emotionally and energetically in the process of connection with the unconscious. In the beginning, often schematic, colorless mandalas predominate in many, which indicates a purely rational attitude towards the unconscious.

 The arrangement of flowers in the mandala

 1. Looking at the mandala, note which color is located in the center. It symbolizes the most important thing at the moment.

 2. Is any particular color dominant in the mandala? This means that this color is the main one at the moment of life, completely occupies attention. Equal distribution means that our energy is evenly distributed among some objects, types of our life.

 3. You need to look at the color that outlined the initial circle of the mandala. It is the key to interaction with the outside world. This circle is the boundary of our ego. Red shows anger or energy to the world. Green – the ability to educate others, which is important in dealing with them. Other colors – according to the description below.

 4. The colors located at the top of the mandala refer to conscious processes. At the bottom – indicates what is happening in our unconscious. In the middle is the threshold between conscious and unconscious content.

 12 hour – conscious;
6 hour – unconscious;
3-9 hours – crossing the threshold.

 5. Those areas of the mandalas where color is used very heavily, a strong application of color is an expression of a strong emotion associated with that color. Barely intended overlay of color shows indecision, doubt, fatigue or sadness.

 Simply looking at, contemplating the mandala is beneficial. You should not choose colors, they are still determined by the dynamics of the unconscious. The colors chosen are a direct expression of our internal state outside of our consciousness (of which we are not aware). Considering and studying the symbolism of our mandalas, we study them with our Ego, and we choose colors unconsciously. Thus, there is a communication between our ego and the unconscious expressed in the mandate. There are no good or bad mandalas. If we draw a series of mandalas, we should pay attention to the flow of colors and shapes that reflect the unique process, the movement of our life. Life unfolds within us as we contemplate our series of mandalas.

[1000

post-26208","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-art-therapy
["GET
