\nBorn in 1931 in Moscow. He began writing poetry at the age of five. He graduated from school 69, worked as a driver.
\nIn 1951 he was arrested, and in 1956 he was rehabilitated.
\nStudied at the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University.
\nIn 1962 he was admitted to the Union of Theater Workers, in 1966 to the Union of Writers of the USSR. For a long time he was engaged in literary translation.
