People with a high level of emotional intelligence are well aware of their emotions and feelings and other people, manage their emotional sphere, so in society their behavior is more adaptive and they more easily achieve their goals in interaction with others.
The main task of a practical psychologist at this stage is the development of the client’s emotional intelligence and understanding of emotions. For this purpose, it is important to create a simulator for self-diagnosis of emotions. I would like to present the simulator used by psychologists at the Center for Practical Psychology of the Rivne Institute of the University “Ukraine”. It is very easy to create such a simulator, a simple ice cream stick and cardboard circles are fixed along the edges of the sticks with glue. Then the basic emotions of a person are drawn or pasted. You can start with two polar emotions positive and negative, gradually adding other emotions. The main condition for working with the simulator is the client’s independence of choice and the definition of the emotion that is depicted. What can you do with “Emotion Trainer”:
1. Monitor the state the client is in.
2. Analysis of changes in the emotional state.
3. Fixation and analysis of states associated with memories.
4. Analysis of prognostic emotional expectations for certain life events.
5. Translation of emotional states associated with relationships.
6. Analysis of the states of the internal components of the “I”.

List of basic emotions: pleasure, joy, jubilation, delight, pride, confidence, trust, sympathy, admiration, love (sexual), love (attachment), respect, tenderness, gratitude (appreciation), tenderness, complacency, bliss, malevolence, feeling satisfied revenge, a calm conscience, a sense of relief, a sense of self-satisfaction, a sense of security, anticipation, curiosity, surprise, amazement, indifference, a calmly contemplative mood, displeasure, grief (sorrow), longing, sadness (sadness), despair, chagrin, anxiety , resentment, fear, fear, fear, pity, sympathy (compassion), regret, annoyance, anger, a sense of insult, indignation (indignation), hatred, hostility, envy, anger, anger, despondency, boredom, jealousy, horror, uncertainty ( doubt), distrust, shame, confusion, rage, contempt, disgust, disappointment, disgust, dissatisfaction with oneself, remorse, remorse, impatience, bitterness.

© Nazarevich Victoria

[1000

post-26015","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-art-therapy
["GET
