The purpose of this technique is to analyze the existential attitudes of a person: I can, I want, I will.<br \/>\nThis exercise can be used in life coaching, introspection and when working on psychological problems of a person. So the client is invited to create three masks &#8220;I want&#8221;, &#8220;I can&#8221;, &#8220;I will&#8221;. The choice of art material and the shape of the image is made by the client independently.
