This technique actualizes the state of a person, which corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction with the conditions of one’s existence, the fullness and meaningfulness of life, the implementation of one’s human purpose in various spheres of human life. Gives you the opportunity to express your projection of this state in color and form. The pictorial composition, which is obtained as a result of the work, acts as a symbolic image of happiness.
\nMost clients use this drawing as a reminder of the very essence of the “Happiness” state, design the drawing and use it as a personal resource.
\n1. Stage of work – analysis and association
\nThe client is asked to identify all areas of life in which he feels happy. Write down and associate each sphere with some figure, color or shape.
\n2. Stage of work – drawing “happiness”
\nOn a sheet of paper with paint, they ask the client to draw a picture of their happiness, and transfer to paper those colors and shapes that came to mind when analyzing the spheres of life.
\n3. Stage of work – studying your drawing of happiness
