She was simply unearthly beauty. The woman stood near the river and tried to cross it. She needed to get to the other side. But the current of the river was so strong that she could not manage to do it on her own.<\/p>\n<p>Then one of the monks without delay and without any questions quickly approached the woman, took her in his arms and carried her to the other side of the river. Then he returned to his companion, and they silently continued on their way.<\/p>\n<p>So they went on for a while. Suddenly the second monk could not stand it and asked:<br \/>\n\u201cWe made a vow not to touch a woman. How could you put her on your shoulders?<\/p>\n<p>Another monk looked seriously at his companion and replied:<br \/>\n\u201cI put the woman on shore an hour ago, and you seem to be still carrying her with you.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Moral: This is how we in ordinary life very often \u201ccontinue to carry\u201d the burden of unworthy worries, and behind their weight we don\u2019t see either the road, or the landscape around, or people walking next to or towards &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Source: PlanetaPozitiva &#8211; resident&#8217;s diary: Marina Kiyan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two monks traveled the world.
