Lesson of isotherapy “Color forms of the soul”

\nPurpose: To familiarize participants with the manifestation of individual color forms. Experiment with color and emotional states.
\nLesson duration: 90 minutes.
\nTasks:
\n1. Formation of self-knowledge skills;
\n2. Color reflection control;
\n3. Consciousness is the skill of understanding color forms.
\nLesson progress:
\n1. Mini-lecture “Information about color and shape”
\n2. Exercises the color form of my mood. Moods consist of emotions and therefore each emotion can be displayed in the desired color. Examination of the finished drawings of the participants. Game – Guess the emotion in my drawing.
\n3. Analysis of the color forms proposed by the trainer.
\n4. Redrawing the color forms so that they depict the 4 components of the mental state of the participants. Conversation on the drawings of the group members.
